School ended for us this last Thursday. When the principal announced at the last assembly that it WAS the last assembly, virtually all the kids screamed in joy. One (our 9 year old) fell to the floor and was unconsolable for a long while, because he didn’t want school to end.
Not that he always enjoys going to school, mind you. He just doesn’t want things to change.
Ah, yes.

My boy says the same thing about homework as well AND my other boy is already asking when school starts up again
