It’s Great to be 5
We have had a fantastic weekend. Aspie Boy celebrated his fifth birthday on Saturday (10/21/2001) and we flew to Denver to be with Grandma, Grandpa and a multitude of cousins for the celebration. He did amazingly well with all the activity, flux and commotion with no meltdowns, hand-flapping or anything. He was really sociable, even with adults and children he had never met.
He did better than his Mom and I did. (whew!)
Early intervention seems to helping him, a lot.
