The feeds should publish the Post Timestamp. You can see the post timestamp in right hand column of the page when you are writing or editing a post. Well, you can at least see a heading for it, you need to click on the "+" to show the time. I'll be curious to hear what you find out as I've been looking into this a little bit myself. I’d never point and laugh either, except at myself!

After editing on Blogger the post is republished. Or could the problem be related to (oh I'm afraid I'm about to expose my ingnorance to this sort of thing) the feed you're using?
